I fell in love with Kamina, and I'd even refer to him as a role model in his own respect. A strong, ever-moving, never stopping, I'm gonna kick your ass for touching Simon kinda guy! When he died protecting the crew, I honestly had no clue what to do with myself for a good 3 days

Songbird- The half-bird, half-gargoyle, all-sexy mechanical manifestation of religious bigotry. Ask Dany, who got me hooked on Bioshock, how much I loathed Songbird in the beginning. "Get away from my daughter/shipped-lover you bastard!" Constantly interfering with plans that- HEAVEN FORBID-could go as originally anticipated for once in Booker's horridly perplex and constantly varied life. And then I found out that good ole Songy was built from stolen schematics of me, a Big Daddy! And now I mourn the death of my fellow mecha-brother.
So yeah, I know you have pent up sadness, so let it out in this thread! I'd recommend spoilers and things of that nature, or you might get a Spoiler-grieved admin hammer to your account and/or dignity. Delta out!

Oooh goodness Delta. Did you make this post for me? Because it seems like it To get the best gaming experience, I always let myself become attached to the characters. However, when they die, it sucks. It's not fun, and tears are shed. So here we go. Warning: it's gonna be fucking long. Game of Thrones...

The Death of my husband, Khal Drogo. Oh, and our child Rhaego. It all started with a fight... I had wanted to free some of the girls whom Drogo's men were raping, but this other Dothraki warrior, named Mago, highly disagreed. He talked about how he would never respect me, for he would never take orders from a woman (even though I was fucking Khaleesi...). Therefore, he took his arakh (a curved blade)and set it against Drogo's chest, to serve as a threat. My hubby, being the badass that he is, merely rolled into it and sunk the blade deeper into his own skin. It was fucking awesome at the moment, but now I seriously wish he hadn't done that. However, he ripped Mago's throat out with his bare hands. Oh, and all this time, I was pregnant. Infection set in, and Drogo fell really ill. One day whilst riding, Drogo fell off his horse. Now this is pretty important, because the Dothraki are horse warriors. "A khal who cannot ride is no Khal at all." Therefore, I knew he was going to die, so as a last resort, I brought in a witch to perform blood magic on him. We had to sacrifice his horse. She said that nobody could be in her tent while she was chanting, so Ser Jorah (my queensguard;knight.) went outside. Qotho, another warrior, was furious with me for "killing his Khal", so he pushed me to the floor, and I fell. On my pregnant belly. Ser Jorah and Qotho then fought, and Jorah won. However, the victory was short lived, for I went into labor. I don't remember that night, but when I woke up, I asked for my son. Ser Jorah then informed me with regret that my son was stillborn (despite my eating a horse heart to make him stronger.) Devastated, I asked to see Drogo, who should have been better by now. They lead me outside, and to our Khal. The witch had promised life, and while Drogo was indeed breathing, he was merely a shell. No reactions or words. At all. But I wouldn't give up. About a week passed, and nothing had changed, before I realized our Khal had to ride into the Night Lands (Dothraki Heaven). Knowing that he had to die, to end the misery for all of us, I took it upon myself to smother him with a nearby pillow.

Death of Ned Stark. Not much to say here. Ned was like a father to everyone, and he was a very honorable man. Therefore, everyone was devastated when he was beheaded, due to the orders of King fucking Joffrey.

The Red Wedding.... So... Robb Stark was supposed to marry one of Walder Frey's daughter (but they all ugly), but he ran off and married a nurse chick, lady Talisa (girl in gif above). Well, Talisa soon got preggars with Robb's child, and they were going to name it Eddard, or Ned, after Robb's father. So, they got invited to one of Walder Frey's weddings, and after the bride and groom left, Walder Frey said he had an announcement to make. The Rains of Castamere start playing, the Lannister's song (The Stark's worst enemy.). Catelyn, Robb's mom, becomes suspicious and finds a guy wearing chainmail. She smacks the guy, and stands up, saying "Robb, stop!"... Then a guy comes up behind Talisa, and stabs her in her pregnant stomach 4-5 times. Crossbows start flying, and they hit Robb and Catelyn. Catelyn gives a huge monologue about how Walder Frey should let thim go, but in response, he kills Robb. Catelyn kills Walder Frey's wife, but her own throat is slit afterwards.

Jon Snow betrays wilding girlfriend and she gets revenge. So Jon Snow starts fucking this chick, Ygritte, and they actually have a pretty cute relationship:3 But he betrays her by riding off without her (which is pretty fucking ballsy because she once said "If you betray me, I'll cut your pretty little cock off and wear it around me neck"). Ygritte catches up with him the next day, and they have a monologue about how he loves her, but he can't. She shoots him with arrows.
There's probably more GoT moments, but ain't nobody got time for that. Fallout 3

When your dad dies. Like fuck. I loved my Dad. Perhaps because my Dad is a single father as well, and I can relate to this. He was my role model, and when he sacrificed himself for Project Purity, I lost it.

When Booker has a flashback of Comstock taking Anna... Fucking this. I cried pretty hard when this happened.... Anna was the only thing Booker had left; his wife died while giving birth. And here she was. yanked away from his grasp, all because of a stupid decision he made...We all make choices, but in the end, our choices make us.
SADDEST FUCKING MOMENT EVER: LAST OF US.

Death of your daughter Sarah.. Only instance where I was hysterically sobbing in the first 10 minutes of a game. This was especially sad for me because I can really relate to it. I live with a single dad, and I share a very similar relationship with him. The game opens up with Joel (the dad) getting home at around 11:45 PM, and the daughter asleep on the couch. He wakes her up, and asks why she was up so late. She said that it still had to be today; she reached over the couch and pulled out a gift box... it was his birthday, and she got him a new watch... And so the relationship builds. She gets shot multiple times... and the acting is sooo phenomal. Troy Baker did such a good job capturing the anguish of a father who recently lost a child. Without a doubt the most grueling fight in DBZ history. Poor Videl put up against Babidi's henchmen Spopovich (I do believe during the World Tournament) where she gets her shit wrecked. I cringe at even recalling the episode.

Death of Dale Dale was definitely my favorite character on TWD (besides my boy Daryl, of course<3). He was the only one who spoke reasonably, and thought things through for what was best for everybody. He was such a smart and awesome character, and I'm really fucking sad that a walker got to him. Hey guys, Delta here.
Due to a recent bump in re-activity, spirits have been rather high. At the same time, however, so have the skeptics of some- Hell, maybe all of us. I'm not gonna lie and say that building this place back up is gonna be easy, but that doesn't mean it's gotta be hard, y'know?
We all had fun, be it posting some badass fight scenes, or dickin' around in the Chatbox or any number of the miscellaneous threads.
And I'd like for it to be that way again, because I missed all of ya.
So, this leads to... The Helpful Box.
In this thread, I'd like for everyone- especially those who are skeptical on the progress we're gonna be making- to input how they feel we can go about …
I don't know if this is a good idea, but I figured we could set a date and time to get online and chat and think of ideas for the forum, together.
So, I hope you all decide to check the forum before the certain date/time I choose.
I think Iris and I have a telepathic connection together. She gets back on the forum, and seven days later I have the urge to check out the forum. That can't be a coincidence. There's some syfy shit going on there.
Just as soon as I thought every piece of my life had been put into place, BAM someone came along and set all the pieces on fire. And then put it out. And set fire on it again.
Just kidding, nothing dramatic has happened in my life at all. Anyways, I apologize profusely for my absence. School has been all-consuming and I feel like a zombie. I feel for Iris' pain; some of my friends who are in cheer are exhausted from all of the stuff they do. I have been so busy I haven't …

Well,it wasn't my idea, not sure who's it was, but I want to inform everyone that it's SETTLED.
Thanks to Daenerys, she has put together an appropriate logo for both the Warui and Survivors.
The logos are shown on every page, in the right corner, as if it wasn't already obvious.
The Warui's logo is a phoenix, and I was thinking that on the soldiers, it could be in a badge type form, like that of police badges that they hold up in shows or movies, but instead of holding it up, it'd be on a sleeve of the Warui soldiers uniforms and such.
Same for the Survivors, but instead of on uniforms, it'd be on flags and tents and crates and such. The logo is an eye with a nuclear symbol in the center. …
****UPDATE On the Currency Issue****
There was a bit of debate on what "currency" our forum shall have... Some argued for a set currency, while other argued for trading. Therefore, we have reached a compromise: a mixture of both. A member said---"Come to think of it, I don't know why any of us think the world will run off of one methods of buying/selling/obtaining." Which is completely true. The whole world is in ruins, and shit is falling apart. Therefore, bottlecaps are the "unofficial currency", while many people use trading because it is more convenient for them.
